TrademarkToolbox is an automated screening tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and using it creates no attorney-client relationship. Search results, risk levels and reports are informational. Decisions about filing, rebranding or enforcement should be made with a licensed trademark attorney.

No warranty on results

Our index is built from USPTO public data and is refreshed regularly, but it is not the official register and may lag it, contain errors inherited from the source, or miss records. A clear result is not a guarantee that a name is available, and a flagged conflict is not a determination that a name infringes. Common law rights, state registrations and foreign marks are largely outside this dataset.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the data or reports.
• Do not use the service to harass a business or individual.
• Do not present our output as a professional clearance opinion.
• Automated querying at volumes that degrade the service for others may be blocked.

Rankings and listings

Attorney rankings and proceeding-count lists are compiled from public records by volume. They are not endorsements, quality assessments, or findings about anyone's conduct. Methodology is published, and anyone listed may request correction or removal.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on results, including refused applications, rebranding costs or disputes. If you need a reliable clearance position, obtain a professional search and an attorney opinion.
